int bufr_val_from_global	(	varfl *	val,
		int	ind
	)

This functions gets the next value from the global array of values.

Parameters:

[out]	val	The received value
[in]	ind	Index to the global array des[] holding the description of known data-descriptors.

Returns:

1 on success, 0 on error.
