============ IRIS/RDA Patch 1 ===============

RCP8 patch that fix the following:

1) Scandinova M060 support

   - The following changes affect also Scandinova M050 and require configuration updates:

	-New transmitter startup register check format

	-Improved magnetron tube protection

	-Scandinova QBITE packet change

2) Fixes for issues found in WRS300 FIT

	-Encoder angles are now read during RCP8 shutdown (WRS300 and WRS400)

	-WRS300 motor statuses are now read in RCP8 shutdown (WRS400 not affected)

	-Fixed reading of UPS output power for newer UPS models (WRS300 and WRS400 depending on the UPS)

Installation

1) copy vaisala-wr-rda-rcp8-10.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm to radar server in admin home directory
2) As admin user Stop IRIS/RDA processes with systemctl using sudo
3) Install patch by running : sudo rpm -U --replacefiles vaisala-wr-rda-rcp8-10.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm
4) start IRIS/RDA processes with systemctl using sudo

Bug fixes to CANopen Scandinova RCP8 thread.
RVP9 and RVP10 bug fixes to "too high prf" issue.
RVP10 fix to the missing ray issue.
