============ IRIS/RDA Patch 1 ===============

IRIS patch that fix the following:

1) SCP data transfers would stop causing IRIS Output process to hang in a running state.  File transfers would not resume until IRIS was restarted.

   - The IRIS Watchdog process will now correctly restart the IRIS Output network process when in this state.

Installation

1) copy the three rpm files to radar server in admin home directory
2) As admin user Stop IRIS/RDA processes with systemctl using sudo
3) Install patch by running : 
   sudo rpm -U --replacefiles vaisala-wr-iris-10.4.1-1.el9.x86_64.rpm vaisala-wr-iris-docs-10.4.1-1.el9.x86_64.rpm
4) start IRIS/RDA processes with systemctl using sudo
