 Undercertain conditions IRIS might stop generating products
 after "No More Room To Map File" error message apperas in
 the log file. The resource leak was cause by one of the
 product generators which was not closing files if it had
 to abort product generation.

=================== IRIS/RDA patch2 ======================
HCLASS moment was not displayed properly in the
Real Time Display (aks RTD or rtdisp) ever since HCLASS 
in ingest files and RAW products became a storage for 
multiple classifications. This patch restores original
functionality -- rtdisp will be displaying the results
of the original, METEO, classification.
The change is in the helper app rtd_insert

=================== IRIS/RDA patch4 ======================

The dualpol attenution correction in RVP was working
correctly only when RVP PhiDP offset was close or equal
to 180 degrees. The root cause was that PhiDP values were
not properly prepared for use in DP attenuation correction 
algorithm.
This patch fixes the main problem (PhiDP range) and contains
additional improvements.

Installation instructions:

1) Become root user, and stop IRIS
2) run sserver-patch-install.bsx
3) Check if the patch install correctly by running ls -l /usr/sigmet/bin/sserv*, the output should
   look like:
