Instructions:

Upgrading to version 6.1.1

- This patch can be safely applied to version 6.1.0

- Copy Vaisala_IRIS_installer-6.1.1.tar to a temporary directory.
- Extract the tar:

tar -xvf Vaisala_IRIS_installer-6.1.1.tar

- Run the upgrade script (must be root, no arguments necessary):

./rsw-upgrade

- You might want to backup the settings ini files to be able to
re-configure the system to the same settings.

Fixed in patch 6.1.1:

- FIRE-8292: Alert firing time configurable
The alert firing intervals can be configured from the ini file.

- FIRE-8290: Index polygon part of algo for 6.1.1 patch
The alert check algorithm has received a speed improvement to help
with frequent data.

- FIRE-8293: Some of the alerting issues involving certain datatypes
have been resolved.

- FIRE-8326: Fixed bug related to radar data obscuring map details.
