1-byte Signal Quality Index Format (DB_SQI)

The Signal Quality Index (SQI) is the ratio of the magnitude of R1 to the magnitude of R0. It is a dimensionless number on a scale for which 0 means pure noise, and 1 means a pure sine wave.
