Majority Rule in Averaging

Averaging of data is needed when projecting high resolution data into IRIS products.

The HCLASS data are averaged with the rule of majority consensus, which selects the HCLASS value that appears most frequently in the set of data being averaged. A value if selected randomly among equally frequent values.
