Set AFC level (SETAFC)
SETAFC sets the AFC level to a given value.
The signed 16-bit span is identical to
GPARM Output #51 which shows the present AFC level, that is, corresponding
to the -100 ... +100% AFC range that is defined in the Mb menu. See
Mb — Burst pulse and AFC.
RVP10 automatically converts the new level to the configured analog or digital AFC output format. The exception is for the Motor/Integrator type of AFC loop, for which this command does nothing.
