Enabling login as root for using IRIS Focus

If you are installing IRIS Analysis and IRIS Focus on the same server, you need to enable logging in as root.

  1. Log in as admin user.
  2. Type: 
    $sudo passwd root
  3. Follow the prompts.
  4. Log out, and log in as root.
